DANCE RECITAL VIDEO ORDER FORM 2026
VIDEO OPTION 1: Pay for an online service to download the entire recital. Access to download the video will be available for 30 days after the video is posted.
Cost: $40.00 (This is paid online to the server at the time you receive your access code.)
VIDEO OPTION 2: Order a USB with the video file of the entire recital.
Cost: $40.00
PAYMENT:
Online Download: Payment for the online video will be taken online at the time you are given access to the file to download. We are expecting the video to be edited and ready sometime between the end of May and June. You will be notified when it is ready and available to download.
USB Orders: Payment must accompany the order for USBs only! We do not have an online payment system for the USB orders.
If paying by check, please make checks payable to Deborah’s School of Dance. Alternatively, you can pay cash or Venmo Deborah Dunn @deborah-dunn-10
Cash or checks can be dropped off in class or sent to 908 Hillside St, Cherokee, IA 51012.
DEADLINE: Orders must be placed by May 20th. If you are hoping to order a video after the due date, please call Deb to see if special arrangements can be made at 225-4413.
